Human Rights and Humanitarian Law
Zeynep Pınar Erdem, the Head of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law Department has extensive experience in research, reporting and advocacy on issues related to gender-based violence, conflict-related sexual violence, LGBTI rights, rights of refugees and asylum seekers and children’s rights. Pinar Erdem’s work focuses on Turkey and the Middle East; however, she also has research experience on international protection and temporary protection and access to health care in European Union countries.
Our human rights and humanitarian law department provides consultancy services to local and international organizations with respect to gender and sexuality, rights of refugees and asylum seekers and children’s rights and litigation services related to human rights abuses. Our consultancy services include research and reporting, development of standing operating procedures and guidelines, development of training programs and training materials and advocacy planning.
